Total Empowerment Community Development Corporation is an organization seeking to improve the quality of life for children, youth, families, and seniors in Greenville County, particularly in District 25. The organization is governed by a Board of eleven members with varying backgrounds and interests with the vision of helping:

• Children to succeed in school
• Families to be strong building blocks of the community
• Give Seniors the care and support they need
• Youth to be nourished and encouraged
• Our communities to be engaging places to live
